Warranty
Our inflatable arches are manufactured using high-quality materials and are designed for regular event use. We provide a warranty against manufacturing faults and defects under normal operating conditions. This includes issues with seams, structure or materials that arise through correct setup and use.
The warranty is intended to cover genuine faults, not damage caused by how the product is used. Inflatable arches are temporary event products and are not designed for permanent installation or continuous outdoor exposure. Prolonged use in sun, wind, rain or harsh environments will accelerate wear and is not covered.
Damage caused by incorrect setup, insufficient anchoring, dragging the arch across rough surfaces, sharp objects, tools or vehicles will not be covered. This also includes damage from strong winds, extreme weather, misuse of electrical equipment or general neglect.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the arch is installed safely and monitored during use. If conditions become unsafe, such as high winds or storms, the arch should be deflated to prevent damage. Taking reasonable care of the product ensures it performs as intended and remains within warranty conditions.
Care & Maintenance
To get the most out of your inflatable arch, it should be used for event purposes only and packed down after each use. Avoid leaving the arch inflated for extended periods, especially in direct sunlight or exposed environments, as this can affect both the material and print over time.
Always ensure the arch is properly secured using the provided tie-down points, with appropriate weights or anchors suited to the conditions. Never leave the arch unattended in changing weather. Monitoring wind and site conditions is essential, particularly for outdoor events.
When handling the arch, avoid dragging it across concrete, gravel or rough ground, as this can cause unnecessary wear or damage to the material and seams. Always lift, carry and position the arch carefully during setup and pack down.
Before storing, ensure the arch is clean and completely dry. Fold or roll it neatly into its storage bag and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Avoid forcing it into tight spaces, as this can crease the material and place stress on seams and printed surfaces.
With proper use, handling and storage, your inflatable arch will maintain its appearance and performance for many events. A little care goes a long way in protecting your investment and ensuring it continues to look and perform at its best.
